Submit a Sponsorship Request
In order to receive consideration for a sponsorship, please follow
these important steps that will help us review your request:
1. Read all qualifications and guidelines related to your request to
see if you are eligible for sponsorship.
2. Submit your sponsorship request (mail or e-mail)
no more than four months prior to your event. Sponsorships are available
throughout the year and your request will be considered within three months
of your event. Due to the volume of requests, we cannot process submissions
received less than two weeks before an event.
3. No follow up phone calls, please. We will contact you after the
Sponsorship Committee has reviewed your request.
