Official Rules

Warn Industries, Inc. is sponsoring a contest for a chance to win the choice of a
WARN Works®, WARN® Truck Premium Series or WARN Powersports RT Series winch.
The contest runs from October 3rd to January 2nd, 2008, and the winner will be randomly
selected on January 2nd, 2008 and notified via email.

| 1. HOW TO ENTER:
The contest must be entered online at http://www.warn.com/newsletter/sign_up.shtml.
No purchase or payment is necessary to enter. Contest is limited to one entry per
household.

| 2. ELIGIBILITY:
The contest is open to persons 18 years of age and older. Employees of Warn
Industries, its affiliates and their immediate families are not eligible to win. Contest is
void where prohibited. There is no substitution for prizes. Participation in the
sweepstakes and prizes awarded are non-transferable. All entries are subject to
Warn's privacy terms outlined at http://www.warn.com/corporate/legal.shtml.

| 3. SELECTION:
The winner will be randomly selected from Warn Industries opt-in e-mail list.
The winner must have an active subscription to the list at the time of the selection.
If the selected winner cannot be contacted by e-mail within 30 days, an alternate winner
may be selected. The decisions of Warn Industries management in the interpretation of
these rules and contest winners are final. By participating, persons agree to be bound by
the decisions of the judges and the official contest rules. Warn Industries, its
representatives, agencies and employees, are not responsible for any liabilities arising
directly or indirectly from the award or use of this prize. The contest winner will be
announced on the www.warn.com website on or
about January 2nd, 2008.

| 4. GENERAL TERMS:
Any winner found in violation of these rules may be required to forfeit the prize. Odds of
winning depend on the number of entries received. The winner is responsible for any
taxes or fees that might be owed. Within 5 days of notification, Winner must execute
and return to Warn Industries any release documentation. Warn Industries reserves
the right to modify the rules of the contest at any time.
